HRE Yosef Yomtov was born as a stateless refugee in Egypt, embodying from birth the complexity of identity, displacement, and resilience. His journey took him from the Middle East to the United States, where he lived in San Francisco, before ultimately immigrating to Jerusalem in 1999, seeking spiritual and historical belonging in the sacred heart of ancient Israel.

In 2005, HRE Yosef Yomtov founded World Peace Tracts, a global initiative that began as a series of comic-style publications aimed at challenging propaganda and advocating for peace during the Iraq conflict. These tracts—simple, visual, and profound—quickly evolved into an international peace movement spanning over 70 countries, with 700+ ambassadors using education, creativity, and truth to dismantle hate and promote reconciliation.

HRE Yosef Yomtov is a recognized Royal Citizen of the Kingdom of David (Empire of Light). Serving as Overseer of the Empire of David, Yosef is part of a divine governance structure. He supports building strategic, spiritual, and economic alliances across Israel, Africa, and India. His Master Plan, titled the “Upward Movement,” emphasizes justice, unity, and equity under divine guidance as humanity aligns with what he calls the “Worldwide Empire of David.” As part of the World Imperial Royal Council, he:
